Chamber structure:
The high-low temperature and humidity test chamber features a body that is machined and formed by a CNC machine tool, with an attractive and elegant appearance. It also uses a non-reactive handle, which makes operation very convenient.
The inner chamber is made of imported high-grade stainless steel (SUS304) mirror-finished plate, while the outer shell is made of A3 steel plate with plastic spraying, enhancing the appearance and cleanliness.
The water supply tank is located at the lower right side of the control box, and it has an automatic water shortage protection feature, which makes it more convenient for the operator to replenish the water source.
A large observation window with a lighting lamp is attached to keep the inside of the box bright. Moreover, by using an internally embedded tempered glass in the heating element, the conditions inside the box can be clearly observed at any time.
The humidification system piping and control circuit board of the high-low temperature and humidity test chamber are separated to avoid malfunctions caused by water leakage from the humidification piping, thereby enhancing safety.
The water system piping and electrical system are designed to open in a door-like manner on the side, facilitating maintenance and repair.
A double-layer high-temperature resistant, high-tension sealing strip is used between the door and the chamber body to ensure the airtightness of the test area.
A test hole with a diameter of 30 mm, 50 mm, or 100 mm is provided on the left side of the chamber, which can be used for connecting external test power lines or signal lines. (The hole diameter or number of holes must be specified when ordering.)
The machine is equipped with high-quality fixed PU casters at the bottom.
Control system:
The high-low temperature and humidity test chamber is equipped with a Japanese imported digital touch-button temperature controller featuring PID microcomputer and SSR (Solid State Relay) control.
The external boiler steam humidifier has an energy-saving function, capable of reducing energy consumption by 70%.
The main components of the electrical control system use the imported well-known brand "Schneider," which provides better temperature control.
The insulation system is filled with superfine glass fiber in the insulation area, and the connection between the inner and outer chambers is made of non-metallic materials that are resistant to high and low temperatures, effectively reducing heat conduction.
It features automatic calculation functions that can immediately correct changes in temperature and humidity conditions, making the control of temperature and humidity more precise and stable.
Refrigeration system:
The high and low temperature humidity test chambers refrigeration unit employs a fully enclosed compressor from the original French brand "Tecumseh."
The freezing system is designed with a single-stage or two-stage low-temperature loop system.
It features a drying filter from the American brand "Arico," an oil separator from the Taiwanese brand "GuanYa," and an electromagnetic valve from the Italian brand "Castel."
A multi-blade blower is used for strong air circulation, eliminating any dead zones and ensuring uniform distribution of temperature and humidity within the test area.
The air circulation system is designed with both outlet and return air paths, ensuring that the air pressure and velocity meet the test standards and can quickly stabilize the temperature and humidity after the door is opened.
The heating, cooling, and humidifying systems are completely independent, which can improve efficiency, reduce test costs, extend service life, and lower the failure rate.
